Sam Edelson is a real estate investor and developer who turned his attention to title upon noticing the process can be improved. With experience in real estate structured credit, investment structuring, and real estate development here in Denver, he was very familiar with the title and closing process and believed that with the right team a title company could be created that met his exacting standards. With Exact Title, he believes the team can deliver a closing process that will consistently beat expectations.

Sam started his investment career in 2011 at Bain Capital working in their credit hedge fund. He continued his credit career through 2019, focusing on distressed credit, real estate structured credit transactions, and private equity investments. After a year of sailing the world with his wife, he came to Denver in 2020 to pursue real estate investing full time.

Sam earned a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania where he concentrated in Finance and Real Estate.
