Wire Transfer (No ACH Deposit) - Send a wire transfer directly to Exact Title. Contact your Title Escrow Officer directly for Exact Title's wiring instructions. Your Real Estate Agent should provide you contact info to your Escrow Office and the Escrow Officer's Assistant. Exact Title's team will securely send instructions directly to you. Due to the increase in wire fraud, ensure you call the Exact Title team to verify the instructions that were sent, prior to sending any funds. ACH deposits are not accepted and should be communicated with your bank to ensure a smooth wire transfer occurs. ACH deposits will cause a delay in receiving acceptable funds.

Earnnest - Simplify the process of sending Earnest Money by utilizing the

3rd-party-app, EARNNEST, to securely transfer your money to Exact Title. Download the app through the Apple Store or Google Play.

Earnest Money

The Buyer's Agent of the transaction must initiate the process before Earnest Money can be sent. The Buyer's Agent will input details of the transaction, including: Title Company (Exact Title LLC), Property Address, Earnest Money amount, and Buyer Contact Info. Once the info is submitted, the Buyer of the transaction will receive the LINK to access and connect to Earnnest. The buyer of a transaction will input their bank information to connect and send Earnest Money to Exact Title. Please allow 1-3 days for the transfer to complete. A processing fee is charged to the Buyer at Earnest Money submission.

TIPS for a Smooth Closing

Valid ID's

  • Seller(s) to bring one valid ID: Driver's License, Passport

  • Buyer(s) to bring two ID's, including one valid ID and a secondary ID
    (organizational card with your name that matches your valid ID)

If funds are required at the time of closing, speak with your Title Escrow Officer if you want to wire those funds. Communication is key to avoiding wire fraud!

Expected closing presentation length:

  • 30 minutes for a Seller Side Sale

  • 30 minutes to one hour for a Buyer Side Purchase

  • 30 to 45 minutes for a Refinance
