Specializing in residential closings, Kyle has closed over 3,000 transactions in and around the Denver metro area. From the Lincoln Park condos to The Coloradan and single family homes to duplexes, he lends an affable professional title-hand to ensure efficiency, attention to detail, and communication are the cornerstones for each transaction. As a licensed title producer and notary for the State of Colorado, Kyle wants your largest investment to be protected with local expertise and a national underwriter backing.

Kyle lives in Castle Rock, with his wife, Makayla, and their two kids KJ (5yrs) and Makynlee (1yr) and five dogs. When not keeping up with extended family and puppies, Kyle is an assistant coach for youth baseball, avid sportsman, poker enthusiast, men’s hockey league goalie, and singer/songwriter for THOUSAND FRAMES, a cinematic metalcore band.
